Her presentation will look at character development, universal values and moral excellence, along with the importance of corporate ethics, transparency and creating a workplace culture built on mutual respect and appreciation.

The luncheon will also recognize outstanding local businesses through the presentation of the Best New Business Award, Customer Service Award and Employer of Choice Award.
