Celebrate leadership, achievement and the people who help shape strong workplaces at the 2026 Women in Business Luncheon.

This year’s luncheon features an inspiring presentation by Christine Ayling of the Virtues Project, who will explore Leaders in the Workplace and the values that contribute to a positive and successful organization. Her presentation will look at character development, universal values and moral excellence, along with the importance of corporate ethics, transparency and creating a workplace culture built on mutual respect and appreciation.


The luncheon will also recognize outstanding local businesses through the presentation of the Best New Business Award, Customer Service Award and Employer of Choice Award.

Come together for an afternoon of inspiration, recognition and meaningful conversation as we celebrate those who are making a difference in our workplaces and our business community.
