T.D.T. Ltd. (Training and Development out of Trauma) is an Alberta non-profit organization dedicated to supporting healing, reconnection and long-term wellness through Indigenous-led, survivor-led initiatives rooted in lived experience. Founded by Darry Willier, the organization is working to develop the NAPICHEW Generational Trauma Reconnection Facility, a community-focused initiative designed to provide ongoing support for individuals and families affected by generational trauma.

Guided by collaboration, cultural understanding and lived experience, T.D.T. Ltd. works to create opportunities for continued healing, personal growth and community connection beyond traditional recovery programs. Through education, advocacy and community partnerships, the organization is committed to fostering hope, resilience and lasting positive change.
