The Grande Prairie Filipino Basket Ball League is a community-driven basketball league based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, aimed at celebrating Filipino culture through sport. It brings together both adult and youth players from the Filipino‑Canadian community and beyond.

Community & Events

• Organized within the local Filipino community, with events hosted and promoted via Facebook. 

• Held an Inter‑City Tournament in July 2024, featuring 34 teams from across Alberta and Northern British Columbia—spanning adult and youth divisions.

• The tournament aimed to celebrate community and culture while fostering basketball development
