The Grande Prairie Public School District Education Foundation was formed 1991 to enhance educational opportunities for students. As one of the oldest Education Foundations in the province, it was designed to; complement basic education services within the City of Grande Prairie's public schools. Foundation members work hard to provide resources in areas which are not funded to government allocations to school boards.
