Caliber Mudjacking Ltd is a family owned business started in 1984 and has been in the concrete industry for 41 years.

Caliber Mudjacking has been lifting sunken concrete since 1991 and has been serving Grande Prairie, AB  and The Entire Peace Region since 1995 for Residential, Commercial, Industrial & Municipal Sectors.

Caliber Mudjacking The Concrete Specialist! Where Experience & Quality Do Matter!

Warranty

-Caliber Mudjacking will guarantee defective material or workmanship.

-Caliber Mudjacking will give a 1 year warranty from further settlement for buildings 4 years and older from date of concrete lifting job completion. 

-Caliber Mudjacking will give a 3 year warranty from settlement of 1" or more during the 3 year period for buildings 12 years and older from date of concrete lifting job completion.

Warranty Conditions Apply:

-Positive Water Drainage around the building must be maintained away from the concrete slabs. 

-Downspouts and sump water drainage must be maintained away from the concrete slabs. 

-Landscaping water drainage must be maintained away from the concrete slabs.

-Gaps and cracks in concrete slabs must be sealed and maintained with rubber base concrete caulking (polyurethane sealant) to keep water from entering the concrete slab.

Heaving Concrete

-Heaving concrete in winter months is not part of our warranty and is a caused by improper drainage of water draining near or back underneath the concrete slab. 

-Sealing of cracks and gaps in concrete slabs with concrete caulking not maintained or sealed from water entering the concrete slab.

Ground Settlement

-Further settlement after a concrete slab is lifted is caused by ground settlement not finished underneath the concrete slab in the back fill zone along a building foundation or a concrete slab over top of service trenches.

-Water draining near or back underneath the concrete slab can also cause further settlement.

-Sealing of cracks and gaps in concrete slabs not being maintained causing water to enter the concrete slab can cause further settlement.

-Ground settlement underneath a concrete slab can take many of years or decades to fully finish settling depending on ground conditions.
