Workshop Your Business - Beyond Culture: Your Roadmap to Continuous Improvement

Tuesday, March 17, 2026 (1:30 PM - 3:30 PM) (MDT)

Description

Join us for the Work Shop Your Business Series—focused, hands-on workshops designed to tackle real business challenges and deliver practical solutions. Each 2-hour session is presented by local Chamber Member experts.

Take Your Business to the Next Level!

📅 What’s in Store? Is your company culture something that just "happens," or is it something you actively steer? While many organizations understand the need for improvement, the disconnect usually lies in the day-to-day behaviors of leaders and their teams.

Whether you joined us last year or are starting fresh today, this session moves past the theory of "what" culture is and dives deep into the "how" of sustaining it. We will explore how specific behaviors act as the engine for your organization’s growth.

This workshop focuses on four critical pillars of organizational evolution:

  • The Mirror Effect: Understanding how leadership behavior directly dictates employee engagement and company culture.
  • Conscious Leadership: Shifting from reactive management to intentional leadership that empowers teams.
  • The Performance Improvement Cycle: A practical roadmap for identifying gaps and closing them through consistent, repeatable processes.
  • Behavioral Alignment: Ensuring that daily actions across all levels of the company match your strategic vision.

Your customers experience the results of your culture, but your employees experience the reality of your leadership. We will present these principles and facilitate high-level discussions on how to implement a roadmap that ensures continuous improvement isn't just a goal—it’s a habit.
