The Kidney Foundation Northern Alberta & The Territories Branch is proud to host the FIRST annual Grande Prairie Kidney & Transplant Health Forum. 

This community gathering is designed for individuals living with kidney disease, their families, and organ donors. This event is all about connection, learning, and empowerment—helping you take charge of your health journey with confidence. 

During the event, researchers and healthcare professionals will share the latest in kidney care and transplantation. Attendees will also hear from other patients and families to gain practical advice from those who have walked this path. Topics will include kidney health, nutrition, treatment options, and what to expect along the way. This is your chance to ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others who understand. Let's navigate this journey together!
