If you'd like to donate a prize, please complete and submit this form. Let us know whether it's for a team prize or individual prize, and whether you’ll drop it off at our office or would prefer a pickup.

We gladly accept gift cards (ideal for team prizes: sets of four valued between $25–$50 each), promotional items, gift baskets, and more. For hole or proxy prizes, individual items are perfect.

Please have donations arranged no later than Friday, August 15.

All contributions will be recognized in our official golf rules sheet and acknowledged during our after-dinner presentations.
