Meet Your Speaker – Jon Anderson

Jon Anderson is a Fractional CFO, Business Coach, and Leadership Coach who helps business owners and leadership teams gain financial clarity, strengthen decision-making, and turn strategy into measurable results. With a practical, people-centred approach, Jon supports leaders in building healthier organizations, more confident teams, and sustainable paths for growth.
Drawing on a dynamic 31-year banking career, Jon brings deep experience in strategic financial management, risk awareness, stakeholder alignment, leadership development, and disciplined execution. His background gives him a strong understanding of how organizations make decisions, manage complexity, and connect financial strategy with day-to-day operations.
As a Fractional CFO, Jon works with organizations that need seasoned financial leadership without adding a full-time executive role. He helps clients improve cash flow visibility, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, accountability, and strategic decision support. As a Business and Leadership Coach, he also helps leaders clarify priorities, develop their people, and create the conditions for teams to perform with purpose and confidence.
Jon holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and brings a servant-leadership mindset to every engagement. He is known for listening with empathy, asking thoughtful questions, and helping people recognize the value they bring to their work. A strong believer in stewardship of the natural world, Jon is also a longtime Scout Leader who, alongside his two sons, discovered the importance of servant leadership through the Scouting community.
